Yes, it would cancel it out. Plus, when you use BBCode, say you do [b][i]text here you MUST finish it in the order it was done, like this [/i][/b] . I suck at explaining, but does that make sense? lol

Sometimes when I have this problem it's because I've put the codes in the right places but I've misspelled the ending of the code.. Like... / or b[/] and etc.

If you highlight what needs coded Chris, and use the correct buttons below the subject and message icon lines... The forums will code it for you. If he's like me, he's coding while writing the roleplay in whatever word processor he uses, which is probably why he's having the problem.

I write and code at the same time. I never did before until MYKE said one day...just code it over in word and because I'm not the sharpest tack in the basket I'm thinking...what the hell is he talking about. So I came over to the board and looked at the codes and begin writing them in word. Strange thing though...my office 2010 bunches all my shit together despite me putting spaces. Which makes for a fucking headache when you think you've just beat the deadline with a super Rp and have to go in and seperate all over again. But......I have been using micorsoft WORKS for the past week or so and that problem has disappeared. Hmmmmmm

when i do it like that...the board starts jumping all around like the Sinister Superman and I can't work like that. It didn't use to do that. Only started like mid way through last year. Don't know why. I have logged on, on a number of different computers so I don't know what the problem is.

Hmmmmmm When you're writing, choose the "no spacing" option in the toolbar and that spacing problem won't happen again, I assure you.
